I have been having issues with my internet, goes in and out constantly. Have called, have chatted with 3 different people and the chats drop and the calls hang up. I'm over paying $144 a month for terrible service and customer service.

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.
