Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.

user_hfr8kl To quickly check for service interruptions in the Xfinity app, sign in to your account and navigate to Overview tab. If an issue is affecting your address, you will see a notification or a "Connection status" alert right on your dashboard. If no issue is showing, you can run a system test by tapping Troubleshoot under the Wi-Fi tab to diagnose internal equipment issues.
