Are you activating a new modem or was your service working but went offline?

Is the power light on the modem on, off, or flashing?

If it is on or flashing, what color is the light?

What troubleshooting steps have you tried? 

Have you checked the Xfinity app for any area service concerns or to send signals to your modem?
