First. Check their site for official info on any possible local outages here;
https://www.xfinity.com/support/status
Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.
Or you can use their Xfinity App: https://www.xfinity.com/apps

@Pangdervang Our team can help. I have a few questions to ask, so we can troubleshoot to resolve this.
Can you see your Wi-Fi network to connect to?
How many signal bars do you see on your device?
Are all devices having an issue connecting or just one?
Is the modem plugged in and connected? Are the light on?
