user_7ik3yi 13 years is amazing, and we greatly appreciate your tenure with us for all this time! I know how impactful a bad internet service experience can be, but you are connected to our Xfinity Forums team which is the best in the business at getting your service restored. I know the last thing I would want to worry about after a long shift is how to get my favorite TV programs functioning. Can you share with me your full name and complete service address in a direct message to dive into some troubleshooting together?

Here's how to send the requested information in a private message to Xfinity Support;
• Click "Sign In" if that prompt is visible
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person but don't do that.
Instead, type Xfinity Support there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.
• Select "Xfinity Support" from the list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter or tap the > icon to send it
