My Internet speed was 200 MB per second. I upgraded it to 400 MB per second
When I had 200 MB per second, I would get Internet speed 250 MB per second

But now that I upgraded my Internet speed to 400 MB per second I only get 30 MB per second sometimes 40 MB per second

It’s like being stuck in an outage for two months

It’s not even enough Internet speed to pump 4000 K onto my TV. My TV is blurry because the Internet speed is so slow now and even though I’ve called Xfinity several times they still haven’t fixed it

they try and blame it on how many items I have running in the house. The problem with that is when I only had 200 MB per second Internet speed with the same items. I was receiving 250 MB per second now that I upgraded to 400 MB per second I’m only getting 30 to 40 MB per second and it’s getting real old real quick. Does anybody else experience in this because I can’t see paying for this anymore and more than one way money and time everything is so laggy
