Help connecting gateway , your offices says I have internet but it’s not connecting

Thanks for posting on our Community Forums, user_tkl18u. We can help troubleshoot your internet connection. Did you try rebooting the modem manually or through the Xfinity App already? Is this happening on all of your devices?

Is this a new service install / new move in ? Is / are the light / lights on the modem lit steadily or are they blinking ?
