I have to reset set my modem multiple times a day. I am unable to reach a technician. I work from home and it's affecting my job

Good afternoon @user_0767rc. Are you losing your connection or having speed issues leading to you having to reset your modem?

I lose all connection. Speed is fine. I text with xfinity virtual assistant and they just have me unplug and plug back in.
