I keep losing my internet in the late afternoon and evening!  What is going on and you need to fix this!  I use my computer in the  afternoon evening and I cannot connect.  Says no interned. Recovers in the morning!

Hello, @user_2k1vn1. I appreciate you making us aware that you're having internet signal loss issues. I would be more than happy to help figure out a solution to this problem you're experiencing. So that we don't go over something you've already done, can you please share with me what troubleshooting steps have you completed on your own? Have you by any chance used the Xfinity app to reset the modem? How about a power cycle, have you tried that?
