Are there service disruptions in Little Rock AR today? Our Internet went out Thursday during the snow. Came back on yesterday when it was warmer outside. But it went out again last night when temps dropped again. Still out.

That resource doesn't seem to work. I confirmed outages in neighboring communities yesterday, but this resource did not show any outages anywhere near our location. I believe Comcast intentionally "hides" certain outages in order to avoid having to credit accounts for lack of service

Also, if you do not use app you can visit our website at https://www.xfinity.com/overview and log in with your Xfinity username and password to confirm what's going on in your area.
