I have been trying for 2 weeks to get my home internet service transferred from my home I just sold. It has been an absolute nightmare. Here we are with no internet. 

last night I was on chat with an agent and I finally thought someone was listening to me. She was sending a tech out this morning between 8-10am to complete the set up. It is not 10:05 and nothing. Should I be shocked? 

this company is just ridiculous!!
