Not much to go on there..... Do you have any more details ? Is this with a WiFi connection ? If so, as a test, does a computer / device that is hardwired directly to the router / gateway device with an ethernet cable have the same problem ?

With this test, we are trying to isolate this down to being either a WiFi-only problem or a problem with the general connection to the Comcast system which would of course affect both. It's a good first step in troubleshooting before proceeding any further.

@user_wzja16 We appreciate your time in reaching out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I can understand the concern if you've been experiencing internet issues. Can you please provide me more detail as to what is happening? Is it slow speeds or are you dropping connection? Also, please let me know what troubleshooting steps you've already tried. The basics would be to check that the coaxial line is secure at both the modem and wall plate, reboot the modem by unplugging it for 60 seconds. You can also perform troubleshooting via the Xfinity app as well to send provisioning signals to the modem.
