Internet

First, Comcast's internet is constantly going out, wifi is available but can't connect to internet! I pay almost 400.00 a month for [Edited: Language] service! I live in a place that FiOS is unavailable, Comcast has monopolized this industry. The hot spot app does NOT work! I've tried every way and nothing! With smart TVs you can't even watch without an Internet connection! I will not be paying for service that they can't deliver, why the [Edited: Language] should we?

@XfinityRaul  since my Internet is still out, it won't let me send you a private message it won't load! [Edited: "Solicitation"]. I have Verizon maybe I'll check that out also! I pay 375.00 a month for a service I don't receive consistently. Therefore, I believe your company shouldn't be paid for services not rendered. I'll have to ask my good friend the DA

When you go shopping for say a washing machine and it doesn't work. Do you pay for that item? Does the manufacturer of the product expect you to pay to fix their product? No! They stand behind their product, but not Comcast. [Edited: "Inflammatory"] I'm cancelling and taking over 100 customers with me, [Edited: "Inflammatory"], it's refreshing that carriers are now offering unlimited service. [Edited: "Solicitation"]
