Hi, 

Can somebody please help me. I just moved here and am a new customer. I am trying to connect my printer, but the printer keeps telling me I have the wrong password. I changed the password and I am still having this problem. I tried going online with customer service but all I learned from her is that is her freaking birthday!!!
