Internet Works But Not Showing Up.

I've had Xfinity for a few months now and have never had any issue, but randomly all of my devices stopped connecting. I've restarted my router a few times and the router and the app say that it's working just fine but none of my devices will connect and it will not show up on the list on networks but I can see all my neighbors. I've been unable to make any adjustments to the internet itself through the app or website.

Have you first tried power-cycling / re-starting the device ? No joy ? Try hard resetting the device to factory defaults by pressing and holding in the recessed reset button on the rear for 30 seconds. This can sometimes clear up some weird behavior issues. You will lose any customized settings, and they will need to be re-configured from scratch if you do the latter.
