Internet / WiFi Issues

My Wifi has been going out for the past 24 hours. I am able to click on the wifi name from my devices, yet it won't connect. I have tried troubleshooting on my own and after the inspection, I am told everything looks good. I have tried calling Xfinity (multiple) times and when they troubleshoot, the wifi will work for 5 or so minutes, and then drop again. 


A few of the agents have told me that I will need a new modem while a few others are telling me it's not a modem issue. Everything is plugged in correctly. A tech is also unable to come due to COVID-19. 


I can go pick up a new modem and try that, but since all of the lights (first three are lit a solid white and the second two are flashing) I am thinking it is not a modem issue. There are also no reported outages in my area. Has anyone had a problem like this? How has it been fixed? Thanks for your help!
