Internet Upload Speed Problem

I'm having a problem with my internet upload speed. It has been a problem for 2 days now. My problem with it is extremely low upload speeds. It would range between 0 Mbps - 0.6 Mbps or sometimes the internet speed would show up an error or upload test error or fail. I would usually get around 5 Mbps. This problem affects both ethernet connection and wifi connection.  This is the first time I've encountered this problem.

I use the SBG10 modem. So far what I have done to remedy the problem is to remove power from the modem for a minute and restart from Xfinity website. None has been successful.
I also notice that on my My Account Internet Services webpage it would show no connection to my modem and then sometimes it shows it does. It alternates between the two every single time I check on the webpage. Sometimes I have trouble accessing my account on xfinity website.

Update: So the upload speed problem is now fixed. No more issues. I'm assuming xfinity did something to fix it on their end. I didn't have to call them and/or have a technician over.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here; http://192.168.100.1

admin is the default username and password is the default password

Please copy all of the text in its entirety of the *Downstream Power Levels*, the *SNR's* (Signal to Noise Ratios), and the *Upstream Power Level* numbers and paste them into your next post.

So there's two log in webpages: 1) the white background webpage with "Login" and "Configuration" and 2) the black background webpage where "Configuration" took me to. I tried the default username and password login into the white webpage but it keeps saying invalid username or password. I can log in the black webpage with the default username and password just fine. I can only find the downstream info at the login page of the black background webpage.

Downstream Frequency 423000000 Hz
Downstream Signal Power 2.2 dBmV
Downstream Signal SNR
40.9 dB
Gateway Mode
