Internet Upgrade

I have been a Xfinity customer for about a year now and I had the Fast (300mbps) internet. And a few days ago I upgraded to the Gigabit Extra (1200mbps) internet so I ordered a new XFI box to go with the new internet I got I just received it today and its still going by my old speeds at the 300mbps and I was wondering when it was gonna change to my new speeds

To send a direct message [private message]:

  •    Click "Sign In" if necessary
  •    Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://comca.st/3LYl9aA
  •    Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •    The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •    - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •    - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •    Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •    Press Enter to send it
