Internet Unreliable/Dropping

Lately my internet has been unreliable. It could work good for a few hours but then randomly drop signal. Restarting does make it stary working again but the problem still persists.

I've had a technician come in a while ago because the internet dropped one day and never returned. He managed to bring it back but the problem returned.

I'm having a similar issue. My internet is unreliable and it will start to disconnect me from things and then return shortly afterwards.

SomeUser12 I would be happy to look into why the service keeps dropping, and get it resolved for you. I know it can be frustrating when the service isn't working as expected, and I'm happy to help.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
