Internet unreliable for week and a half
I am unable to get get through to customer service. Cannot run internet test as message I get says it’s only available to customers. I call customer service and there are no people answering or ability to request call back. Service is so unreliable I cannot work from home and resort to using phone hot spot which costs me more money. I don’t want to pay for this lack of internet service that xfinity sold me and extremely dissatisfied with response to making it impossible for me to work from home. I’m using this forum because I can’t get through to anyone else. As soon as this virus thing is over, I’m leaving Comcast and expect any penalties to be waived due to ridiculously poor response to current crisis.
