Internet > Troubleshoot > "Send Restart Signal" Option Removed from Website
Apparently the option to send a restart signal in the trouble shooting area has been removed. Now selecting troubleshooting takes you to a horrible AI chat bot that tells you to restart manually. Lets assume that I would do this step first to verify that the issue isnt with my local network before i come to the xfinity website for further troubleshooting. The "send restart signal" troubleshooting option has fixed my network issues about 95% of the time. Return that option.

For me "Restart Modem" is still an option in the "Internet" section of https://www.xfinity.com/support/. It links to https://www.xfinity.com/support/repair/internet where there is a "Restart Device" button. Is it not there for you?
