Hello, this is too Tom Karinshak. I am a disabled who stopped my internet at one address and started it at another, but was charged for stopping early. Which is so wrong. So I moved from a house to an apartment. I started with supposedly 500mbps is what I asked for, for the internet, and was being charged $70 or $70 a month. The internet was slow, and every so often would check the speed on the xfinity speed test website. It never got over 294mbps, but was still being charged the $75 from the xfinity scammers. I have chatted and called numerous times, to get MPBS changed and my billing changed, and was told it would be, BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. So in Dec, I started running xfinity speed tests, and taking screenshots of the speed, which has only once, gone over 300MBPS. ONLY 1 TIME. But on Jan 11th, 2025 the lowest I've had so far was 127.5MBPS, and I'm still being charged $75 for 500MBPS. NOT ONLY ARE YOU PEOPLE SCAMMING ME, YOU CHARGE ME LATE FEE'S ON TOP OF IT. I have screen shots for Dec and Jan speed tests, and I believe only 1 or 2 days, I've had over 300MBPS. So instead of THREATENING TO SHUT OFF MY INTERNET, HOW ABOUT YOU ALL STOP SCAMMING ME, charge me for the little amount of MBPS that I am getting, which will leave me with a HUGE CREDIT, from what I have already paid? Is this possible from the XFINITY COMPANY, or do I need to turn XFINITY IN FOR THE SCAMMING, and get internet from an HONEST COMPANY for a change?
