internet to work

Xfinity internet never really worked well, so I switched to a faster plan. Now it doesn't work at all. I get spinning balls for everything and can't stream, even though I have a 1Gig plan. No one to answer phone. About 3 days ago, a message came up saying "outage in your area," so they just hang up on you if you call.

When an interruption occurs, we can’t run remote troubleshooting until service is restored. I know that’s not ideal and appreciate your patience while waiting for services to come back online. Once an interruption has been resolved, we are able to send troubleshooting signals to the modem. 

 

If you ever need an update on the status of an interruption, including when it is estimated to be resolved, we have this handy guide here. I personally like using the Xfinity app as it makes it quick and easy to sign up for notifications!
