Internet to detached garage/office

Hello, I am trying to get internet from my house to a garage/office I have about 70 feet from my house.  I only subscribe to xfinity internet service in the house and have a XFi Gateway (router/modem) and one Pod extender installed there.  I tested the Pod at the garage and do not get enough WIFI signal for zoom calls.  I only have coax cable running to the garage.  From previous posts I have read looks like I am out of luck.  Anyone have some thoughts on this?  Thanks!

I'd suggest MOCA adapter(s).  I currently use 2 MOCA adapters with my own modem to get wired ethernet speeds to a lower level of the house.  Wifi from upstairs office to basement was spotty.  I believe most recent XFi gateways support MOCA 2.0 at least but I can't offer any configuration advice for them.   You should definitely have a POE filter where your cable enters the house to keep your MOCA in and neighbor's MOCA out!   They are about $10 on Amazon.

My setup:  modem ->  ethernet to wifi router/switch -> ethernet to MOCA adapter -> coax (not the same one feeding modem) -> MOCA adapter in basement -> ethernet to switch -> ethernet connected computer and wifi AP for basement.   Works very well.  I was lucky enough to have multiple coax connections in upstairs office from an old dual coax satellite TV setup.
