We called because of internet speed and connectivity.  The agent signed my husband up for a new product promotion and to address our connectivity issue, the agent set up an appointment. The appointment was canceled without any notice to us and now we are stuck with upgraded products and still have the same connectivity and internet speed issue.  We have literally called 10 times with the automated account constantly rebooting our modem with no impact and refusing to connect us with an agent.  Is this a real company with actual customer service agents?  If so, please call us for some support that does not just result in a product upgrade that has no impact on addressing the actual issue.
