My internet will suddenly come to a halt requiring a power reset of my Motorola AC1900 router (model: MG7700). This has been a constant thing for the last two weeks. I have lived here for several months. About two weeks ago, the internet dropped out for a short time and now I am having this issue. Possible problem from when a new tenant had their internet connected?
Technical support could not correct the issue as it happened right after I got off the phone and they re-provisioned the modem.
Attached are the errors in addition to the upload and download channel powers.

Is this with a WiFi connection ? If so, for a test, does a computer / device that is hardwired directly to the router / gateway device with an ethernet cable have the same problem ?
With this test, we are trying to isolate this down to being either a WiFi-only problem or a problem with the general connection to the Comcast system which would of course affect both. It's a good first step of troubleshooting before proceeding any further.

Hello @William_H, thank you for reaching out to us on our community forums. Intermittent issues can be very problematic. In my home, we rely on our internet for work and online schooling, losing connection could impact many important things each day.
I see our awesome expert EG reached out yesterday too. Are you seeing this intermittent issue on wireless connections, hardwired connections using an ethernet cable, or both?
