Internet spike drops
Nearly everyday, I get like a hiccup in my internet. Small enough it doesn't disconnect completely but enough to disconnect to my streaming software and game I'm livestreaming. This is effecting my source of income. Been happening for about 2x weeks. And also been noticing huge drops in my connection in general. I'll notice big lag and will check my speed test and it's like 25 megabits when it's usually over 800.

This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/internet-connectivity-troubleshooting has great information on how you can troubleshoot your connection through our awesome Xfinity app. You will work with our awesome chat assistant to try some remote troubleshooting steps, like rebooting the modem or unplugging the power cable from the back of the modem and checking to make sure all connections are tight.
If the issue cannot be fixed remotely our awesome Xfinity chat assistant will connect you with the chat agent that can do some more remote troubleshooting steps and send a technician out to find and fix the issue
