Internet Speeds

I have a very fast internet plan. When I run you speed tests it says  I get 40 mb versus 800. Your assistant says it is fine. How do I report this?

user_9737ti Are you doing the speed test by an ethernet or Wi-Fi connection?  What device did you use to do the test on also?

user_9737ti Do you have anything you can hardwire to test for more accuracy? Wifi testing isn't that reliable given it can be affected by Wi-Fi card of device, distance, number of devices currently online ect. The best testing method is hardwired as it removes all other factors, and is just testing speed going to the modem. We are happy to take a more in depth look for issues as well if you like.
