Internet Speeds

I regularly test my download speeds as you can see by the pictures below. I have no answer to why I've gone from 400+mpbs download to 80 to 95mbps. As you can see, on the 03/04/20 my speeds were excellent. What changed? I rebooted my modem. That's it. Yet, now they've dropped to under 100mbps again.  The Uncorrectables seems to me to be excessive. Thoughts? Ideas?Modem 1.PNGModem 2.PNGSpeed test 1 as of 030920.PNGSpeed test history.PNG

The images you posted aren't visible. They all look like this:

This is probably because the images require moderator approval. That could take a while. You could upload the images to a file sharing site and post links to them here, or post text instead of an image.

It seems odd that only 14 of 32 downstream channels are showing up. If I saw that on my modem I'd look over https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Internet/ANSWERED-Troubleshooting-Gigabit-Internet-Speeds/ta-p/3150588 and https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Your-Home-Network/Gigabit-speed-troubleshooting-video/m-p/3310454#M316654 and, if those didn't help, I'd have a Comcast tech out.

To set that up call them at the phone number on your bill or 1-800-Comcast, or use one of the options on https://www.xfinity.com/support/contact-us/. If they can't fix the problem remotely (unlikely), insist they send a tech out to identify the cause and correct it.

If the tech finds bad coax, splitters, amplifiers, or connections in your home (even if Comcast originally supplied them) you'll probably have to pay for the visit unless you have their Service Protection Plan (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/service-protection-plan, closed to customers that don't already have it). If the trouble is due to a faulty Comcast rental device, or anything outside your home, you shouldn't be charged.
