Internet speeds have been INSANELY slow recently

Recently my internet has had a significant drop in performance within the past 2 weeks, going from around 250 Mbps on downloads and 10 Mbps on uploads to a horrible 1 Mbps (if that) on downloads and 10 Mbps on uploads.

This was just run:

To start I want to state that no changes were made between this period and the internet issues seemed like a short term issue with the connection, but with it taking over a week, I feel like it may be more than that, to start I reset and rebooted my modem and google wifi, and made sure to enable and disable most settings in the modem such as bridge mode.

After this I ran a ping test and a tracert test in the command prompt, and the results were very poor.
These were the results for the ping test:

Ping statistics for 104.105.86.111:
    Packets: Sent = 28, Received = 18, Lost = 10 (35% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
    Minimum = 22ms, Maximum = 46ms, Average = 30ms

And these were the results to the tracert test:

With this, I am not sure where to head.  Please lead me to good internet again :)
