Internet speed
I am on the 2Gbps plan but all my speed tests only get at best 1Gbps .. my device to modem connection via WiFi is 2gbps or slightly more. I have the latest Xfinity modem. What do i need to do to get the full 2 Gbps

Thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I understand you upgraded to our plan with downloads up to 2 Gbps, but you are seeing 1 Gbps when testing on your devices. If you complete a speed-to-gateway test outlined here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/test-speed-to-gateway-xfinity-app, can you share with us the most recent results?
