Do you have multiple devices in your house to test the speed? I noticed on my laptop that the adapter built into my gaming laptop is an Qualcom Wifi adapter which is supposed to support Wireless AC but it does not get more than 30mbps, I had to get a new Wifi adapter and got way better results speed wise. I suspect it is the combining of the 2.4ghz and 5ghz bands that could be to blame for this but who knows. I don't want any problems to separate the bands so a $10 workaround fixed the issue permanently for me.

I do. I’ve tested them all. My phone gets 47mbs at most. Both computers get 80-100
