Internet Speed too slow

I updated my internet speed from 400 MBit to 2GB. My account reflects that change. My actual speed is unfortunately still 400 MBit. Even with a direct ethernet connection from the Xfinity gateway to my computer. I have a 10GB ethernet connection on my computer. There should be no limitation from my side.
