Internet Speed not what we are paying for ... entire neighborhood has the issue
Paying for 600 getting less than 200
This issue has been ongoing for months and we have made support aware of it yet we are continually charged for the highest tier!
With 2 boys trying to home school and taking timed tested the loss of connectivity is outrageous!
They can't both be on livestream with their teacher at the same time for math tutorials because there isn't enough band width.
We have had a cable in our front yard for months!
Neighbors down the street have one drapped across trees.. and now Xfinity want to raise our bill?!?!
How about reimberse us for the services we paid for and didn't receive first!!!
