Internet Speed Drops

about 1.5 months ago i had some outages reported nearby with some work done. Ever since then my internet speeds started to drops. i pay for 1100mbps and i would drop down to 40-100mbps. Finally got the xfinity chatbot to send out a technician. technician told me there is definitely an issue. He cleans up some wiring and does several tests. Speeds get up back to around 600-700mbps (wifi and wired directly to the router). Recently my internet has been completely dropping down to 1mbps. The ai chat bot is useless. I finally got connect to an agent via text and told me my internet was fine, that they would get me a technician and to please hold. Then they just completely disconnect. I would like to talk to a real human over the phone. Xfinitys customer support is so frustrating that im on the verge of switching over to a different provider.
