Internet speed disruption

My internet speed is < 650 mbps on download.

I am paying for 2 GB. 

The internet is so slow I can't stream TV.

Please advise

@user_v3m5y2 Thank you for making us aware you're having internet speed issues via Forums. I would be more than happy to help figure out a solution to this problem you're experiencing. So that we don't go over something you've already done, can you please share with me what troubleshooting steps have you completed on your own? Have you by any chance used the Xfinity app to reset the modem? How about a power cycle, have you tried that?
