Internet so bad!

Had multiple tech out here saying the signal is clear but it’s not clear can someone explain why am I getting drops even if I get different modems and I used xfinity one too I get drops too everything clean even node xfinity won’t even help me fix this issue i’m going to switch company because if this who can help me? The one with the 192 is mine the other one is xfinity from neighbors house

Thanks for the information but what happens on ethernet connected to gateway device? Still drops? If no internet is "clear"

 

Also, what is neighbors house have to do with gateway at your place and specifically internet service there?

Just my .2 cents.

@user_bb801b  everything wired and I was checking if they have ingress too when it drops I’m thinking it’s dropping because of an upstream channel bad but the signal are good and everything good but why the dropping because the ingress says it’s on mine and there’s I have my own modem and they have Comcast rented modem it’s not a node thing is it something in the street somewhere it goes away then it comes back but they can’t see it?
