Internet slows/cuts out every 10 minutes

like clockwork, every 10 minutes every device connecting to our home internet experiences a data drop - websites won't update, streaming services error out, zoom meetings freeze. There is no loss of signal or anything through our troubleshooting with xfinity to indicate an issue on their end and we hadn't changed anything about our system before this started a few days ago.

I've worked with 4 reps and one "thought" they saw something from their end when a drop ocurred during our call. They said they'd monitor and call back after 20 min, which of course they didn't.

Turns out it was the router - replaced the device and no more issues. I believe it was refurbished

Are these all WiFi connections ? If so, for a test, does a computer / device that is hardwired directly to the router / gateway device with an ethernet cable have the same problem ?
