Since Nov 6, 2025 when techs performed "improvements" in my area (zip code 32063), I have experienced continuous internet connection issues every EVENING through the night into the early morning hours.  It has now been 35 days since this started.  3 technicians at my house (during the day), and escalation to their supervisor and now an other tech to come out tomorrow.  I ran a trace route on my line and I am excessively being routed from substation to substation 64 hops within 2.4 ms between, westside.fl.jacksvil.comcast.net (96.110.221.21, 96.110.63.77,69.139.222.253,68.86.168.61....and many others until it passes me to marietta.ga.ibone.comcast.net (96.110.40.94) then to doraville.ga.ibone.comcast.net (96.110.43.121, 96.110.40.90, 96.110.43.125).   THIS IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING.

Hello user_a0fkcs! Thanks for visiting our Xfinity Forums page and sharing the slow internet connections you have been dealing with. I'm sorry for the slow service I know that can limit our options when trying to enjoy a show or video. When my device seems to be slower than usual I will make sure I shut down all running apps, restart my phone, check if I am on the 5Ghz Wi-Fi network, clear the cache and cookies and even reinstall apps. This tends to clear up the issue quickly. But there are other times that I notice the slow connection is across multiple devices and that's when I restart the modem and router to see if there was an update on them that could be causing the trouble.

Are you having trouble with a slow connection on a single device or several connected to your network? I would love to help figure out the issue and get your services working well again.
