Internet services disconnecting every 5-30 seconds, making connecting to any client unavailable
Hooked up via Ethernet, having getting disconnected every 15-30 seconds with no hardware changes or anything. Internet was completely fine last night, then comes morning all is loose with you guys. I'm not posting signal levels or any of that, it has nothing to do with my side of hardware. You guys at Xfinity are just extremely inconsistent from the looks of all the similar posts on this forum and seem to have no resolution but to have some automated robotic response to tell you to wait, just like all the representatives on your phone that tell you its being 'fixed'.
