Internet Services are HORRIBLE

This has been some of the worst internet service I have ever had. Our internet and cable is out more times than not. We can barely get ahold of a live agent to resolve this and when we do, there is still no answer as to WHY we are having outages in the first place Heck! We even had someone say they were looking at the outage map and then proceeded to ask if we were affected by Hurricane Milton. [Edit: Personal Information]

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_0g2vqj! We have multiple members in my home that rely on our internet for work and school. I completely understand how frustrating intermittent connections caused by frequent interruptions can be. Just to confirm, have each of these interruptions been reported in the status center or our Xfinity app? Have you noticed if there has been intermittent connection or other internet connection issues while there are no interruptions reported?

We live in Woodbridge Virginia. Our Comcast Xfinity service was just down on Friday October 25, 2024 and it was down again this morning on Wednesday, October 29, 2024. We pay almost $300 a month for basic service… Wi-Fi, cable TV and home phone service. These prices are absolutely ridiculous. No wonder people are getting rid of Xfinity. I plan to do the same myself very soon.

We never expect our customers to pay for services that they can't use due to service interruptions, we do have our awesome self-service link where you can obtain a credit for the downtime,. Just visit xfinity.com/support/status, you will see the Tips in case of an outage section at the bottom of the page and can click the link, Check eligibility.

I understand how important your services are to you as they are to me as I also to work from home full time and any service issues will cause a headache not only to not be able to assist my customers but prevents my kids from getting school work done and being entertained while I am working!
