Internet service

Why is my internet out every other week?!! You send out technicians who will "fix" the issue, but clearly they don't. I work from home. Yall are messing with my money. Yall service is trash, I hope everyone sees this and you don't get any new customers. I pay too much for internet for it to always have an issue
