Internet Service

I am contacting you to formally complain about my ongoing internet service issues. My internet disconnects multiple times throughout the day, and Comcast has already replaced my equipment without resolving the problem.

I am paying for a service that is not working reliably, and I should not have to keep spending my time troubleshooting the same issue.

I want a thorough technical investigation, including checking the outside line, signal levels, wiring, and neighborhood network for any underlying problems. If a technician needs to come out, please schedule one and make sure the issue is properly diagnosed rather than simply replacing equipment again.

I am also requesting a bill credit or refund for the period my service has been unreliable. If Comcast cannot provide a reliable connection, I want to discuss canceling my service without an early termination fee, if applicable.

Please escalate this complaint to a supervisor or the appropriate technical team, document the ongoing issue on my account, and provide me with a case number and a clear plan for resolving it.

I do hate to hear about your internet issues and I will be more than happy to do some troubleshooting to get to the bottom of your concerns. To begin, would you mind sending me your name and the address to your account in a Direct message?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
