Internet service suspended despite a installation plan confirmation.

I am reaching out through this platform because I had a 3 hour phone call with 8 different agents who bounced me around like they were playing hot potato. I had to cancel work today and I am at risk of losing my job because Xfinity will not honor the installation plan I set up yesterday. I paid the required down payment, it was confirmed and I received an email confirming it. I need an instant corporate override because if I am not able to work tomorrow I WILL BE FIRED. This is the WORST experience I’ve had with Comcast Xfinity.
