Internet service restoration

Good morning I just spoke with an agent Yashun not 20 minutes ago to try and get my service restored with a payment arrangement. I made an arrangement to pay $225.00 on November 28th and Yashun, via the xfinity app chat assistant, assured me that with the arrangement made, he c[understand and would restore my internet service. But after he had me restart my modem and while it was still booting up we had ended the chat with him once again assuring me my service was good and would be on once the gateway finished booting back up but I've got nothing. My services are not restored nor are they good as Yashun said it would be. Can you please help me?

I’m so sorry you’re still without internet after following all the steps you were provided.
