Internet service outage due to maintenance in Redmond, WA
There was a maintenance this afternoon and lasted for mulit hours. After that modem can't connect to internet.
Such a reliable ISP. Such a good maintenance work. US best ISP.

Have you first tried power cycling / rebooting the modem ?
Is there any further info about the outage at their site here;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.
