Internet service issue

This is day three with no internet. Power was out three days ago but was back up in three hours. No technician has been around to investigate.

First. Check here for official info on any possible local outages;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.

Or you can use the Xfinity App: https://www.xfinity.com/apps

@EG​ already did this. My house is the only one on the “outage” map. We had a tree go down and take out power lines. Electric was restored 3 hours later. It’s been 3 days and no Xfinity to investigate this issue.
