internet service is not stable

My connection is interrupted so that my zoom disconnects often to the extent unusable.  The situation improved when ethernet cable connection is used instead of wifi, but still it disconnected once in about 1 hour.  This is not due to 40 minutes limit of the zoom account, as I was using the company account.  The post code is 85718.  Is there an internet stability issue in the area?
