Internet Service interruptions

Can anyone help me with my service interruptions? The WiFi will randomly cut out and will take like 5 mins for it to come back on. Sometimes happening multiple times within a 10 minute span. I have restarted my modem countless times and it still happens. This is happening frequently and is disrupting my meetings and work.

For a test, does a computer / device that is hardwired directly to the router / gateway device with an Ethernet cable have the same problem ?

With this test, we are trying to isolate this down to being either a WiFi-only problem or a problem with the general connection to the Comcast system, which would of course affect both. It's a good first step in troubleshooting before proceeding any further.

Yes, I have tested and the same problem occurs when hardwired.

user_w5cjvf I appreciate you going through those steps and am sorry to hear that you're having these troubles. We should probably check the signal health reported by the modem and for the area to see if there is any interference happening. Please send our team a direct message with your full name and address.
