This is the fifth time that I have communicated with someone from xfinity. You are the first person to admit that there is NOT any service on Pledger Drive.
In November 2025, based on mailings and other marketing, xfinity made what I thought was a very good offer, fiber, a GB up and down, and cellular service for 2 phones and 2 watches. Installers came out to connect our house to xfinity fiber and that’s when we learned there is no xfinity cable. We still got calls and marketing offering us cable with insistence that xfinity cable was available. And without our knowledge or permission, our cellular service now is costing us 50% more than was agreed to for cable, 2 phones and 2 watches. Please imagine my feelings toward xfinity now. After receiving our first bill with the exorbitant price, I called xfinity for the pin I needec to switch back to our previous carrier and they wouldn’t give it to me! Again, imagine how I feel about xfinity.
